Architecture of e-m@web platform
e
e-m@web is a platform integrated with a Web portal that serves as an entry point that can respond to any e-Maintenance strategy based on standardized formats and non-owners. The portal, accessible to all professions involved in the maintenance logs for all tools and software maintenance and includes all relevant technical, financial and logistical equipment or industrial plant.
e
The developed platform offers features totally innovative market surveillance and maintenance:
e
- It is compatible with all existing tools, making them interoperable and accessible from a single portal, at the same time ; e-m@web is independent of manufacturers.
- It allows a description of equipment to keep connecting each module to support maintenance it needs (competence to intervene, documentation, sensor, cost, decision support etc. …).
- It allows a watch in predictive maintenance easily customizable.
- It is natively build knowledge bases.
- Finally, it is the ideal platform to accommodate all the innovations in the field of proactive maintenance, including tools prognosis.
Double innovativeness: prognosis and integration
e
The novelty of the proposed technology is oriented on two aspects. The first relates to the aspect integrator platform for e-Maintenance: central tools orchestration, database, communication aspects. The second is related to modules of diagnosis and prognosis based on artificial intelligence techniques associated with them as well as simple and reliable procedures for the capitalization of knowledge based on feedback.
e
Creating the right tool for the trade in web services to be independent of the particular tool and its human machine interface, the platform offers the advantage of being a tool that, by design, integrates all innovations in the field of maintenance. One feature of our platform technology is the use of ontology and language (OWL) to describe all the equipment to maintain with the media associated maintenance.
